Tammie Plouffe is a professional Organizational Development consultant and executive coach focused on assisting business leaders in developing innovative and lasting solutions to their leadership and organizational challenges. Plouffe is managing partner of Innovative Pathways and has assisted many large and mid-sized corporations in developing their organizations and leaders to embrace complex challenges associated with strategic direction, leadership and talent development, sustaining cultures, and effective change leadership.

Recognizing the unique nature of business challenges and culture in organizations, Tammie incorporates a client focused, customized methodology to determine organizational needs and deliver strategic results. She leverages leading organization development tools and approaches like Leadership and Team Assessments, Change Management processes and tools, Experiential approaches to Leadership Development, Strategic Planning Facilitation, and Culture Analysis to help leaders create workable road maps to future success.

Plouffe has co-authored three organization and leadership development assessments distributed through MHS; the Influence Style Indicator®, the Change Readiness Gauge® and The Change Navigator.®   She has published the Image Insights facilitation tool, the Talent Trouble® with TKB Hanna & Associates.

Tammie draws upon a diverse wealth of management experience in, Organization Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Marketing and Sales.  Plouffe holds a Master of Science, Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, California, USA  and a B.A. in Psychology from Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada.
