Plouffe has co-authored three organization and leadership development assessments distributed through MHS; the Influence Styles Indicator®, the Change Readiness Gauge® and The Change Navigator.® She has published the Image Insights facilitation tool, the Talent Trouble Matrix® with TKB Hanna & Associates and recently authored the Resilience to Thrive Indicator.
Tammie draws upon a diverse wealth of management experience in, Organization Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Marketing and Sales. Plouffe holds a Master of Science, Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, California, USA and a B.A. in Psychology from Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada.
